{"id":157,"date":"2014-11-12T19:11:14","date_gmt":"2014-11-12T19:11:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mott.pe\/2014\/11\/12\/a-partir-del-2-de-enero-las-empresas-deberan-vender-celulares-desbloqueados\/"},"modified":"2022-01-24T11:04:20","modified_gmt":"2022-01-24T16:04:20","slug":"a-partir-del-2-de-enero-las-empresas-deberan-vender-celulares-desbloqueados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mott.pe\/noticias\/a-partir-del-2-de-enero-las-empresas-deberan-vender-celulares-desbloqueados\/","title":{"rendered":"A partir del 2 de enero las empresas deber\u00e1n vender celulares desbloqueados"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">A partir del 2 de enero del 2015, las compa\u00f1\u00edas operadoras de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil estar\u00e1n obligadas a vender celulares desbloqueados, esto debido a las modificaciones que realiz\u00f3 el <b>Osiptel<\/b> al texto de <b>Condiciones de Uso de los Servicios P\u00fablicos de Telecomunicaciones<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">El \u00f3rgano regulador explic\u00f3 que la comercializaci\u00f3n de celulares bloqueados a las redes de otros operadores se implement\u00f3 en el 2006 como una medida temporal para promover el servicio de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil en el pa\u00eds. Sin embargo, esto ya no es as\u00ed debido a que el n\u00famero de l\u00edneas m\u00f3viles activas ha pasado de 8,8 millones a 30,1 millones entre el 2006 y marzo del 2014.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"width: 580px; height: 300px;\" title=\"celulares desbloqueados\" src=\"https:\/\/mott.pe\/uploads\/images\/2014\/11\/12\/telefono-desbloqueado-1.jpg\" alt=\"celulares desbloqueados\" width=\"580\" height=\"300\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ante esto, Osiptel indic\u00f3 en la resoluci\u00f3n publicada hoy en &#8220;<b>El Peruano<\/b>&#8221; que &#8220;<em>no solo se ha incrementado el n\u00famero de abonados del servicio, sino que tambi\u00e9n ha aumentado la cobertura del servicio en el pa\u00eds<\/em>&#8220;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Adem\u00e1s, el ente regulador dijo que los usuarios podr\u00e1n solicitar de manera gratuita a las empresas operadoras, de forma presente o por tel\u00e9fono, suspender la restricci\u00f3n de acceso a otras redes a los equipos bloqueados que hayan comprado.
