Hoy en d\u00eda son tan populares y consumidos que es dif\u00edcil no haber probado uno, ya que la mayor\u00eda de los restaurantes los han implementado en la carta y los clientes est\u00e1n m\u00e1s que satisfechos.<\/p>\n<p> La peculiar combinaci\u00f3n de sabores de los rolls, ha motivado a muchos nuevos emprendedores y amantes de la cocina, a querer incursionar y experimentar en este nuevo rubro de la gastronom\u00eda, creando sabores \u00fanicos y experiencias exquisitas.<\/p>\n<p> Se debe tener siempre presente que la est\u00e9tica de la comida es fundamental para presentar un buen platillo y causar una buena impresi\u00f3n en los comensales, ya que la comida entra primero por los ojos y, dependiendo de ello, se sentir\u00e1 un mayor placer al degustarlo.<\/p>\n<p> Esto lo entendi\u00f3 muy bien <strong>Diego Lau<\/strong>, due\u00f1o y fundador de <strong>Oh Roll<\/strong>\u00a0junto con su socio Miguel, negocio encargado de realizar <strong>catering y delivery<\/strong> de comida japonesa. Siendo dise\u00f1ador de profesi\u00f3n, Diego supo combinar sus dos grandes pasiones: el dise\u00f1o y la comida.
