Ahora te preguntar\u00e1s, \u00bfQui\u00e9n es Ronald? Bueno, Ronald, un joven emprendedor cajamarquino, fue el afortunado ganador del reality \u201cCeviche con sentimiento\u201d, quien gracias a la alianza entre <b>Gast\u00f3n Acurio<\/b> y <b>Telef\u00f3nica<\/b> en \u201c<b>Juntos para transformar<\/b>\u201d, logr\u00f3 abrir su barra cevichera totalmente equipada, ubicado en la Av. Ignacio Merino 2429 en Lince. Adem\u00e1s, el ganador tuvo la oportunidad de pasar de la carretilla ambulante a tener un establecimiento y poder atender a nuevos clientes.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Su historia es el cl\u00e1sico caso de emprendimiento provinciano, el cual obviamente aplaudimos, pero esta nota no es para hablar de \u00e9l exactamente, sino de su socio estrat\u00e9gico, ese que se subi\u00f3 al coche sin que lo llamar\u00e1n, \u00bfDe qui\u00e9n se trata? Pues del restaurante de comida oriental, o como com\u00fanmente lo llamamos, Chifa, que est\u00e1 al lado del restaurante y que seguramente no pod\u00eda gozar de la misma clientela con la que cuenta el conocido Ronald, pero que a su vez vio la oportunidad de darle la vuelta a esa adversidad para aprovechar esa clientela que se amontona durante la hora del almuerzo y alquilarle una mesa a esos comensales. \u00bfC\u00f3mo lo logra? Simple, con un cartel poco marketero pero muy simp\u00e1tico que dice: \u201cAlquilamos mesa para que coma su ceviche. Vendo cerveza en lata solo para llevar\u201d.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Muchos se preguntar\u00e1n \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 Ronald no alquila un local y hace crecer su negocio? Bueno, despu\u00e9s de pensarlo un poco uno se da cuenta que uno va a El Ceviche de Ronald a ver a Ronald preparar el ceviche que te vas a comer y si Ronald alquila un local m\u00e1s grande, es bien probable que aumente la carta y esta a su vez obligue a contratar otros cocineros y Ronald ya no prepare el ceviche y as\u00ed se empezar\u00eda a desvirtuar la marca y objetivo del negocio.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Lo cierto que \u201cEl Chifa\u201d es un claro ejemplo de adaptabilidad de mercado, pues en vez de molestarse o tener envidia del \u00e9xito, lo aplaude adapt\u00e1ndose a los requerimientos del mercado.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 700px; height: 522px;\" data-src=\"https:\/\/mott.pe\/uploads\/images\/2014\/10\/03\/chifa.jpg\" alt=\"chifa\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>La Historia \u201cCaleta\u201d<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ronald lleg\u00f3 en el 2007 a Lima para instalar su carretilla en La Victoria, detr\u00e1s del centro comercial <b>Polvos Azules<\/b>.
