{"id":982,"date":"2014-12-11T14:07:46","date_gmt":"2014-12-11T14:07:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mott.pe\/2014\/12\/11\/conoce-como-se-esta-moviendo-el-mercado-de-los-fast-food-en-el-peru\/"},"modified":"2014-12-11T14:07:46","modified_gmt":"2014-12-11T14:07:46","slug":"conoce-como-se-esta-moviendo-el-mercado-de-los-fast-food-en-el-peru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mott.pe\/noticias\/conoce-como-se-esta-moviendo-el-mercado-de-los-fast-food-en-el-peru\/","title":{"rendered":"Conoce c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 moviendo el mercado de los fast food en el Per\u00fa"},"content":{"rendered":"<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">El mercado del mundo fast food en el Per&uacute; sigue creciendo de manera acertada, y es que los gustos y exigencias del p&uacute;blico se han hecho o&iacute;r ante los distintos inversionistas quienes han decido traer nuevas experiencias de comida r&aacute;pida a nuestra capital y tambi&eacute;n fuera de ella.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">De acuerdo a Mapcity, a nivel nacional existen 557 restaurantes de las m&aacute;s conocidas cadenas de fast food del mundo. <b>KFC<\/b> encabeza la lista con 84 establecimientos, le sigue <b>Pizza Hut<\/b> con 66, <b>Bembos<\/b> con 57, <b>McDonald&acute;s<\/b> con 54 y 10 marcas m&aacute;s que tienen entre 11 y 37 sucursales.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"> \t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-src=\"https:\/\/mott.pe\/uploads\/images\/2014\/12\/11\/fast-food-peru.jpg\" style=\"width: 580px; height: 426px;\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">A estas conocidas cadenas se le va a sumar una m&aacute;s que estuvo anteriormente en nuestra regi&oacute;n, pero sin mucho &eacute;xito. Hablamos de la cadena de comida mexicana <b>Taco Bell<\/b>, perteneciente a <b>Yum! Brands<\/b>, quienes volver&aacute;n a operar en nuestro mercado tras su corto paso en 1996 bajo el mando de <b>Peruval Corp.<\/b> y del grupo <b>Delgado Parker<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"> \t<iframe allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"420\" data-src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xM_Cp2hREfo\" width=\"700\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">El anuncio ha sido confirmado por el presidente de la compa&ntilde;&iacute;a, <b>Brian Niccol<\/b>, y esperan expandirse y lograr ingresos de $ 2, 000 millones por ventas internacionales en el 2023. Para ello esperan ingresar con &eacute;xito a pa&iacute;ses como Per&uacute; y Chile, adem&aacute;s de continuar su tarea en el mercado europeo y asi&aacute;tico.<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Anteriormente, la cadena de comida mexicana tuvo que salir de nuestro pa&iacute;s dado que no llegaron a recuperar la inversi&oacute;n inicial. &iquest;Qu&eacute; los anima a volver a salir? El hecho que el consumidor peruano busca nuevas experiencias a la hora de comer ya que encuentra la propuesta actual un tanto aburrida. A esto hay que considerar que los precios por este tipo de comidas ya est&aacute; al alcance de su p&uacute;blico objetivo, considerando adem&aacute;s que el p&uacute;blico tambi&eacute;n est&aacute; dispuesto a pagar m&aacute;s por algo nuevo.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Junto a esto no podemos dejar de mencionar a <b>Subway<\/b>, quienes no aparecen en la lista anterior por el tiempo de tienen pero que han ido, de a pocos, ganando un p&uacute;blico que busca de estos s&aacute;nguches estilo americano al paso.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"> \t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-src=\"https:\/\/mott.pe\/uploads\/images\/2014\/12\/11\/subway.jpg\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 188px;\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">La franquicia estadounidense apunta a conseguir para el 2018 el 20% del mercado peruano de fast food y para ello esperan superar los 100 locales para lograr ese objetivo.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Su representante en el Per&uacute;, <b>Brian Ely<\/b>, dijo que la franquicia de locales de sandwiches espera tener m&aacute;s de 100 puntos en Per&uacute; para captar hasta el 20% de la demanda de fast food en cuatro a&ntilde;os, compitiendo con las franquicias de <b>Delosi<\/b> e <b>Intercorp<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"> \t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-src=\"https:\/\/mott.pe\/uploads\/images\/2014\/12\/11\/subway-sanguche.jpg\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 187px;\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Hoy, Subway posee entre el 3% y 5% de ese mercado con 20 sedes en Lima y abrir&aacute; hacia finales del 2014 otras cinco con puerta a calle, dos de las cuales ya abrieron en Miraflores y para el 2015 llegar&iacute;an a Trujillo, Piura, Arequipa y Cusco, tambi&eacute;n bajo el modelo de franquicia.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Si bien el target de Subway se concentra en el segmentos de 16 a 38 a&ntilde;os, y de 39 a 54 a&ntilde;os, la cadena tambi&eacute;n ve una oportunidad en el segmento infantil con propuestas saludables. &ldquo;<em>Con el desarrollo de la marca tendremos un mejor enfoque en ni&ntilde;os, aunque hoy las tiendas ya tienen una oferta para ese segmento<\/em>&rdquo;, asegur&oacute; Ely, en la Feria Internacional de Franquicias Per&uacute; 2014. &nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">No hay duda que este 2015 ser&aacute; muy interesante para este rubro y el mercado.
