Position Overview:

The Digital Content Creator will own the company’s day-to-day social media presence and produce high-quality creative assets that bring the brand’s story, culture, and Peruvian influence to life. This role blends content creation, design, and channel management, supporting a fast-growing organization preparing for national and international expansion. You’ll work closely with the Founder & CEO and play a key role in shaping how the world experiences the brand online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and maintain quarterly social media content calendars.
• Design digital assets for social, email, and mobile app campaigns.
• Create short-form photo and video content for social media and ad support.
• Write captions aligned with the brand voice.
• Schedule and publish all posts across channels.
• Produce weekly performance dashboards and insights.
• Design occasional print assets (handbooks, brochures, in-restaurant materials).
• Coordinate directly with printing vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with the web designer on site updates and content refreshes.
• Support the digital marketing agency by developing creative assets for ad campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven graphic design expertise with a strong portfolio.
• Experience managing social media for a B2C brand.
• Strong English writing ability and comfort producing brand-aligned captions.
• Solid video editing and short-form content creation skills.
• Excellent work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced company.
• Cultural familiarity with Peruvian and/or South American audiences is a strong plus.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience creating assets for paid ad campaigns.
• Background in hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands.
• Photography skills.
• Familiarity with print production processes.
